The West Windsor Planning Board and Zoning Board of adjustment recently took action on two new commercial projects in the township.##M:[more]##
The planning board amended the approval for Developers Diversified Realty’s plan to build an 80,”000-square-foot Babies “R” Us at the Nassau Park Shopping Center. The board granted the developer a temporary certificate of occupancy to allow the construction of fixtures and to stock the store with merchandise. The store is expected to open at the beginning of July.
The Zoning Board on May 5 granted an approval for the construction of a new health and fitness club on Old Trenton Road near Dorchester Drive. The West Windsor Health and Sports Club, expected to be open by summer, 2006, will feature tennis, swimming pool, children’s gym, a beauty salon, a day spa, and a cafe, and a nursery.
