In 1989 she began her own private practice. Over the past decade she has earned more than 130 hours of mediation and arbitration training as well as attending conferences relating to alternative dispute resolution, both as a trainer and presenter. Most recently she completed 16 hours of mediating and arbitrating healthcare and insurance disputes training sponsored by the FORUM, as part of the National Conference of Minority Professionals in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

“We are fortunate to have Ms. Ciccone join our panel,” said Curtis Brown, vice president of the National Arbitration Forum. “Her extensive experience and understanding of dispute resolution will greatly benefit parties with legal disputes who use our ADR services in New York.”
