As activists from the Princeton Progressive Action Group seek changes to zoning regulations that would create greater inventory of moderately priced homes in Princeton, savvy house hunters will find a handful of relatively affordable single-family homes currently on the market. The following homes (shown clockwise from top left in the photos above) are listed for under $600,000 — hard to come by in a town where the median home value is north of $800,000.
