Neil Gang was promoted to sergeant in the Surprise Police Department’s Field Operations Division in Arizona. He previously served three years with the West Windsor Police Department and 10 years with Pembroke Pine Police Department in Florida. He has held positions that include field training officer, school resource officer, and K-9 handler and trainer.

Gang was transferred to the Field Operations Division, where he completed a sergeants field-training program. He has been assigned to supervise a squad within Field Operations.
