Thomas Mancuso, a Monroe resident who most recently worked with an evaluation consulting firm that does work for multiple municipalities, including handling tax appeals, has been appointed new tax assessor in Plainsboro.##M:[more]##
Last October, while working with the firm, BRB, Mancuso also took a job in Highland Park as the municipality’s part time tax assessor. He succeeds Marianne Busher.
