Musical Notes

Alex Kontorovich, West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, Class of 1998, has been busy writing music for an evening of all original musical compositions on Tuesday, March 7, 9:30 p.m., at Makor, 35 West 67th Street, in New York City. Joining him are jazz musicians Brandon Seabrook on guitar, Reuben Radding on bass, and Aaron Alexander on drums. With Kontorovich on clarinet, the quartet is Deep Minor.Kontorovich, a founding member of Klez Dispensers, is a graduate student in mathematics at Columbia University. His family lives in Plainsboro.
