Birth

Ed Tseng and Sarah McLoughlin Tseng welcomed their daughter, Ava Marie on June 19. Tseng, the president and founder at Tseng Performance, was raised in Plainsboro and is a 1991 graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School. The family lives in Lawrenceville.

Deaths

Stewart C. Low Jr., 72, of West Windsor died June 27 at his home. Born in Panama Canal, Panama, he lived in Skillman before moving to West Windsor 30 years ago. A plumber and pipefitter through Union Local 9 in Princeton for 50 years, he retired in 1996.

Survivors include his son, Stewart C. Low III and his companion, Steve Rosenberg, of Arlington, Virginia; his daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Robert Chianese of Hamilton Square; three grandchildren, Ryan, Eric, and Kira; and his former wife, Lynn A. Low of Monroe.

Lillian G. Sultzbach Perrotta, 95, of East Brunswick died July 4. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Perrotta of Plainsboro. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Edmund B. Meduski of Charlton, Massachusetts, died July 6. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Mary Meduski of Princeton Junction. Donations may be made to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, 34 Ward Street, Worcester, MA 01610.

Colleen Ryan, 54, of Haddonfield died July 5. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Patricia Ryan of West Windsor; nieces, Laura and Kristen; and nephew, Colin. Her brother, John, died in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack. Donations may be made to the Animal Orphanage, Box 1363, Voorhees 08043.
