On October 5, Princeton United Methodist Church, located on the corner of Nassau Street and Vandeventer Avenue, is set to observe World Communion Sunday with a Parade for Unity.

Worshippers will celebrate their unity by wearing their national dress and marching in a festive procession on Nassau Street at the conclusion of services.

“With nearly three dozen nationalities represented at PUMC, we welcome all people, no matter where they are in their faith journeys,” said Rev. Jana Purkis-Brash, senior pastor. “On World Communion Day, we pray for our fellow Christians around the globe, especially those living in war-town countries and those being persecuted for their faith.”

Worship is at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Nursery care is provided.
