The Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber will host a Mercer Executive Leadership Council breakfast May 21 in West Trenton.

The event will run from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Trenton Country Club, 201 Sullivan Way.

The breakfast will feature Kellie Doucette, who serves as New Jersey’s first chief operating officer, a role created to improve efficiency, transparency and accountability across state government.

Doucette oversees daily operations in the executive branch and leads transformation initiatives, working with the governor’s cabinet to modernize state processes and coordinate cross-agency collaboration.

Chamber officials said the program will focus on steps the administration is taking to improve the state’s business climate.

The event includes breakfast and networking opportunities with regional business leaders, and sponsorship opportunities are available.
