Mercer College Honorees

Mercer County College: Margaret Provine of West Windsor received the Education Award during the college’s honors convocation on May 24. She also received the Schein Foundation Scholarship, presented to a high achieving student. Provine, who graduated with a 3.96 GPA, will continue her education at Rider University. An education major, she is a member of Future Teachers Club and the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.##M:[more]##

Marketa Urbanova, also of West Windsor, received the Sam Willig Memorial Award in Ad Design at the honors ceremony. She had previously studied economics and completed a master’s degree in Prague, Czech Republic. Urbanova, who plans to move to New York City to pursue a career in ad design, will attend art school to continue refining her painting skills.
