Grover Middle School placed first and Community Middle School placed second in the MathCounts state competition. Alexander Clifton, Ernest Chiu, and Benjamin Zhang were in the top 10 in the state competition. Clifton, a member of the Grover team, took first place and he will travel with GMS advisor and teacher Alyce Doehner to the national competition.##M:[more]##

Members of the Grover Middle School team include Jeffrey Kuan, Apoorva Shah, Alexander Clifton, and Aayush Visaria. Members of the Community team include Ernest Chiu, Frederick Huang, Daniel Liu, and Benjamin Zhang.
