West Windsor-based Princeton String Academy presents a violin master class at Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church on Saturday, May 10. Jonathan Beiler, the first violinist with Philadelphia Orchestra, is the guest clinician.

Princeton String Academy student performers include Elizabeth Chang, 9, and Henry Zheng, 9, both fourth grade students at Village School; and Jonathan Wang, 12, an eighth grade student at Community Middle School. The school is run by Paul Manulik of West Windsor.

Beiler, raised in Philadelphia, began his studies at age eight with a former member of the Philadelphia Orchestra. After graduation from Yale University with a degree in French, he studied violin at Indiana University. He played in the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and the Saint Louis Symphony before joining Philadelphia Orchestra in 1976.
