Mary Poppins is set to visit Kelsey Theatre for a ‘Jolly Holiday’ in August.

Theater to Go is set to present an interactive screening of the 1964 Disney film Mary Poppins starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke.

This sing along screening features on-screen lyrics and encourages audience members to participate in the film.

Other activities include a costume contest, trivia and interactive games. The Theater to Go crew hands out prizes for audience participation.

Audience members also get their own bag of tricks; participation kits include bubbles, kazoos, noisemakers and other items to use during the film.

The event will be led by Elizabeth Rzasa as Mary Poppins and Casey Woods as Bert, who will guide the activities and introduce the film.

Sweets will be available in the lobby by Aunt Selma’s Chocolate and Candy Company of Mount Laurel.

Screenings are scheduled for Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 3 and 7 at 2 p.m. at Kelsey Theatre, 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor.

Tickets are $18 for adults, $16 for seniors and $14 for children and include a participation kit.

This is the third movie musical sing along offered by Theater To Go at Kelsey Theater. Last August, the audience sang along with The Wizard Of Oz and in January they donned poodle skirts and slicked back hair for Grease.
