West Windsor Police Officer Tom Moody and his bomb-sniffing dog, Eddie, received a K-9 vest for Eddie from the Trenton Kennel Club. The bullet and stab proof vest, presented by Carol Szwarc, the club president, will help protect him while on duty.##M:[more]##

The club has donated a total of eight vests to Trenton, Washington, Lawrence, and Hightstown police departments, as well as two for the Mercer County Sheriff’s office. Trenton Kennel Club produces the largest outdoor dog show on the east coast at Mercer Community Park in West Windsor every May.
