South boys’ cross country star Brian Leung became the first Mercer County runner to win a state boys’ cross country title since 1980, with a time of 15:41 in the NJSIAA Group IV sectional final at Holmdel Park on November 10. Leung and the team will head to the Meet of Champions on Saturday, November 17 after placing fourth and gaining one of two wild-card spots there.
