Pete Hearden, 92, of Boca Raton, Florida, died June 15 Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Mary Lois and Michael Shevlin of West Windsor; and grandchildren Luke Shevlin and Molly Shevlin. Guestbook is online at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.

Rose Rudnick, 92, of Monroe died June 23 at Cranbury Care Center in Monroe.##M:[more]## Born in the Bronx, where she had lived for 82 years, she lived the remainder of her life in West Windsor and Monroe. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Frances Ruth and Norman Shapiro of West Windsor; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Helen McKallen, 93, of West Windsor died June 30 in her home. A graduate of Princeton High School, she retired from the State of New Jersey after many years. A Mass of Christian Burial and interment were at St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church in Princeton. Donations may be made to Health Care Ministry of St. Paul’s, Box 1517, Princeton 08542.

Dr. Howard J. Frankel, 82, of West Windsor died July 1 at the Greenwood House. Born in the Bronx, New York, he lived in New Rochelle for many years.

A graduate of New York University and Dental School, he had offices in New York city and taught at New York University. During World War II he served in the Army.

Survivors include his wife Janice Greenblatt Frankel, a daughter, Heidi Shore of West Windsor; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Gwen Frankel of Fort Lee; and a granddaughter, Holli Frankel. Services were at Congregation Beth Chaim. Donations may be offered to a charity of the donor’s choice.
