Johnny Winter to visit Record Exchange

Princeton Record Exchange is set to host a meet and greet with guitarist Johnny Winter March 9.

The blues and rock guitarist will pose for photos, sign autographs and talk to his fans from 5 to 6 p.m. at the store, 20 South Tulane Street, Princeton.

Following the meet and greet, Winters is scheduled to play at the New Hope Winery in Pennsylvania.

Rolling Stone voted Winters one of the top 100 guitarists of all time. He has recorded almost 40 albums since his self-titles debut in 1969.

He has performed with the Allman Brothers and Muddy Waters.

Winter’s latest release is titled Roots and features guest guitarists like John Medeski, Paul Nelson and Vince Gill.
