Alfred University: Nicholas Garafoli of Plainsboro, a senior class speaker, is a 2009 Marlin Miller outstanding senior. A graduate of High School North, he graduated from the School of Art and Design.

College of New Jersey: Jessica Celia Godofsky of West Windsor graduated summa cum laude with a degree in sociology, minor in public policy, and concentration in environmental studies as the departmental valedictorian. A 2005 graduate of High School South, she was recently inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi and is currently preparing several manuscripts for publication. She will attend the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy in the fall with a full scholarship to pursue her master’s of public policy degree.

Lehigh University: Evan Walczak, a 2007 graduate of High School North, is on the dean’s list. He just finished his sophomore year where he is double majoring in international relations and political science.

Westfield State College: Emily Russell graduated summa cum laude with degrees in elementary education and physical science. A graduate of High School North, Class of 2005, she will pursue her graduate studies in public administration at the Westfield.

Villanova University: Rohan Udeshi, a 2005 graduate of High School South, received a bachelor’s in electrical engineering.

Washington and Lee University: West Windsor residents Jonathan Michael Lupo, a senior; and Neville Lyons Fogarty, a junior, were accepted by membership in Beta Gamma Sigma national honorary business fraternity.

Yale University: Andrew Delman, a 2005 graduate of High School North, received a bachelor’s degree in geology and geophysics, magna cum laude. He has been the principal clarinetist, concertmaster, and holder of the Keith Wilson chair with the Yale Concert Band; the clarinet section leader of the Yale Precision Marching Band; and has performed with the Berkeley College Symphony Orchestra and other Yale musical ensembles.

Awarded doctoral fellowships by Princeton and MIT, Delman will continue his studies in the fields of oceanography, climatology, and atmospheric science under a regents doctoral fellowship at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography in La Jolla, California.
