HomeFront Run/Walk for Hope set for May 30

Runners from HomeFront’s 2014 Run/Walk for Hope helped send homeless kids to summer camp. This year’s Run/Walk for Hope is set for May 30 at ETS in Princeton.

HomeFront is plans to take the fight against family homelessness to the streets with their seventh annual Run/Walk for Hope, a 5K and one-mile run or walk on Saturday, May 30. Check in for the event will take place at 9 a.m. at ETS on Rosedale and Carter Roads in Princeton.

Proceeds for the event will benefit homeless children in the community. This year’s primary sponsor for the Walk for Hope is NJM Insurance Group.

HomeFront is a non-profit organization dedicated to easing the pain of homelessness and helping families become self-sufficient. It provides safe, secure, short-term and long-term housing, permanent residences, job and life-skills training, day care and educational programs for children.

Cost of the run/walk is $25 ahead and $35 the day of the race and includes a commemorative t-shirt. To register, visit firstgiving.com/homefront/homefront-runwalk-2015.
