Pawan Jain of West Windsor has written a historical fiction novel set in Colonial India titled “The Wrong Turn.” ##M:[more]##Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, Jain’s book tells the story of a woman named Chandrakala, who struggles against tradition in the turbulent days of the Indian Independence against the British Raj. After moving back from her father to escape an unhappy marriage, Chandrakala loses her husband and son and must find the strength to face a society of cultural struggle and pride.
