Suzette Marguerite Herndon and Robert Lee Horst Jr., both of Plainsboro, are planning a November 12 wedding.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of St. Agnes Academy and received a bachelor’s degree in theater from Loyola University and a master”s degree in arts administration from Drexel University. She has worked for various arts organizations in New York and New Jersey.
The prospective bridegroom graduated from University of California with a degree in mathematics and received a doctorate in economics from the University of Wyoming. The former vice president of environmental economics at Mathtech in Princeton, he retired in 2002. He also served as a consultant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
