Kathy O’Donnell, a faculty member at Grover Middle School, will coordinate a health fair for parents and community members on Wednesday, May 7, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.##M:[more]##

There will be blood pressure screenings, sun damage checks, and body fat scans, talks on energy drinks, risky behavior, as well as shape-up programs.

“Research indicates that healthy kids perform better in school,” says O’Donnell. “So if healthy kids perform better, wouldn’t healthy teachers perform better as well?”
