‘Gypsy’ and ‘Camelot’ Usher in Spring

Everything’s coming up roses at High School South next week when “Gypsy” is on stage in the new theater on Thursday to Saturday, March 12 to 14, at 7:30 p.m.

Cast members include Ethan Levy as Uncle Jocko, Mike Krakower as George and Webber, Kelsey Daniels as Balloon Girl, Kerri Ketchmark as Baby Louise, Anna Chico as Baby June, Catie Taaffe as Rose, Tony Lavrenov as Herbie, Amy Slothower as Louise, Christine Oglesby as June, Eric Leiggi as Tulsa, Sergio Ingato as Yonkers and Farm Boy, and Zachary Baumann as Angie and Farm Boy.

Also Gary Kocharian as Farm Boy, Conner McElwee as Kringelein and Pastey, Brian Reil as Mr. Goldstone and NewsBoy, Hannah Leventhal as Miss Cratchitt and Showgirl, Vera Shulgana as Tessie Tura, Elyse Sartor as Electra, Kristen Robinson as Mazeppa, Michael Herelle as Boy with Violin and Newsboy, and Alex Sandberg as Announcer and Farm Boy.

Newsboys will be portrayed by Julia Park, Amber Urso, Christiana McGuigan, Sueah Kim, Rachel Degnan, and Ayanna Gill. Farm Boys will be played by Jordan Carroll, Cameron MacArthur, Alex Sandberg, Sergio Ingato, Zachary Baumann, and Gary Kocharian. Hollywood Blondes, Showgirls, and Toreadorables include Amanda Colona, Amy Lee, Nicole Caricato, Emily MacArthur, Sarah Peck, Sueah Kim, Jaime Mishkin, Elizabeth Mendez, Vicki Campell, and Kelly Davidson.

The production crew includes Joan Aniano, choreographer; Nikhita Thaper, student director; Lizzie Williams, and stage manager; Alex Hahn, prop master. Also, Alex Hahn, Anika Maram, and Lizzie Williams.
