Joanne DeGoria and Fran McDonough have done it again! The forces behind the annual Village School coat drive, they have been instrumental in collecting more than 5,”000 coats over the years. This year they collected 430 clean, gently worn coats and jackets, as well as new hats, mittens, and gloves. The collection, benefiting Martin House in Trenton, is part of the school’s monthly character education themes. The theme “Citizenship” helped students be good citizens of the school and the community.
