Golf Outing brings in 59k for St. Francis Medical Center

St. Francis Medical Center Foundation raised $59,850 for the hospital through their 31st annual Golf and Tennis Outing Sept. 16

One hundred and forty golfers participated in the outing at Trenton Country Club. Additionally 20 tennis players filled the courts at the club.

The highlight of the event came in the evening with the announcement of the “Moonan Tournament Cup” winner. The winning foursome was Michael Hackman, Mark Hackman, Matt Hackman and Mark Willard.

The trophy cup was ceremoniously presented by tournament chair Tom Moonan and golf chairs Brian Bennett and Dr. David Rosvold.

More than 180 people attended the dinner for the award ceremonies and auction.

Tony Persichilli won the 50/50. He generously donated the winnings back to the hospital.

Cindy Myers won the golf trip to Pebble Beach sponsored by Lawrence Lexus Champions for Charity.
