Outstanding Volunteer awards were presented by Rochelle Stern, who organized a Crafting for the Community event for the holiday season; and Kristen Lane, a troop consultant, troop leader, and creator of a Girl Scout Birthday party event for Daisy and Brownie troops from Maurice Hawk.

Rookie Leader of the Year was awarded to new leaders in their first year including Cheryl Rowe-Rendleman, Shipra Mitra, and Ajitha Gadanji.
