Currently completing her masters of nursing and certified registered nurse practitioner studies, she is a critical care and trauma registered nurse at the University Penn Hospital in Philadelphia.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Linda and Donald Neiderer of Warrenton, Virginia. He received his bachelor degree in finance from Penn State University and his MBA from Villanova University. He is the cost/schedule analyst at Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia.
Nancy Ellen Freebairn and Peter Dean Spicer are planning an April wedding in Key West.
She is the daughter of Carol and Harry Freebairn of West Windsor. A graduate from Easton Area High School in Pennsylvania, she earned a bachelor degree in education and French from Bucknell University and completed a program at Chubb Institute. She is a senior programmer analyst at Chubb Personal Insurance in Whitehouse Station.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Leigh Candelent of Tavares, Florida and Dirck Spicer of Durham, Connecticut. A graduate from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor degree in political science, he is a vice president and new product manager at Chubb Personal Insurance.
