Kristy B. Heinbuch and Robert A. Valle will be inaugurating a new wedding destination in West Windsor — Grover’s Mill Coffee House on Sunday, February 13. The couple, who moved from Houston to West Windsor in 2009, had been looking for a place for their wedding.

Heinbuch, who works at the coffee house, and Mickey DeFranco, co-owner of the store, are working together to transform the cafe into a wedding banquet hall for both the ceremony and reception. Frank Gambatese, the mayor of South Brunswick and DeFranco’s father-in-law, will officiate.

The couple will be serenaded by Alex DeSimine and Stephen Francisco, both employees of the coffee house, West Windsor residents, and high school seniors. They will sing as the bride walks down the “aisle” and during the reception.

Bridal attendants include Ashley Romero, sister of the bride, as maid of honor; Madison Romero, the bride’s niece, as the flower girl. Jim Thomas, the bride’s uncle, will walk her down the aisle. Ivan Adams is the best man. Wedding favors include Kristy’s Blend, Robert’s Blend, and chocolate covered espresso beans.

Grover’s Mill Coffee House will be closed on Sunday, February 13.
