Enable of West Windsor had help from West Windsor Mayor Shing-Fu Hsueh in drawing the winning ticket for the benefit raffle held recently. The Holland American seven-day cruise for two was won by Tom Cody Jr. of Mercerville. The raffle raised close to $3,”600 for programs devoted to enabling persons with disabilities to live full and independent lives within the community.
