Ellen Hackman of West Windsor serves on the board of the Mercer County chapter of Dress for Success, which officially opened its boutique in October at 9 Lamont Avenue in Hamilton. Dress for Success Mercer County, promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.##M:[more]##

In 2005 Bristol-Myers Squibb Women’s Affinity Group began development work for this boutique. Best known for providing women with suits for job interviews, Dress For Success also supports them with encouragement and the self-confidence they need to get and keep a job.
