D&R Greenway to begin Second Saturday Walks

Hikers enjoy a guided trail walk on St. Michaels Farm Preserve.

D&R Greenway Land Trust invites families to participate in Second Saturday Walks beginning Saturday, April 11 at Hopewell’s Cedar Ridge Preserve. The free walks are set to take place once a month through December 12.

This month’s walk will be led by former Director of Stewardship and D&R Greenway founder Jim Amon. Participants will gather at Cedar Ridge at 10 a.m. to explore the preserve until noon. Sturdy footgear and clothing for outdoor hiking as well as water for each hiker is essential. Cameras and binoculars are recommended.
