D&R Greenway seeks entries for Earth/Fire Art Exhibit

D&R Greenway is seeking submissions for its Earth/Fire juried art exhibit which will be on view from November 16, 2015 to January 22, 2016. Art submissions are due by 11 p.m. on Friday, October 16.

Earth/Fire is a juried art exhibit hosted by D&R Greenway Land Trust that will feature artistic interpretations of earth and fire to recognize such essential elements to nature and to our lives. This exhibit celebrates the themes of earth and/or fire and all images and variations are welcome: visual interpretations of the land, farms, maps, smoke, chimneys, evocation of warmth or heat, abstraction, etc. Work in any medium and of any size can be submitted, including video and sculpture.

A an exhibition reception is set to take place on Friday, December 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
