Jean Burdick, the art teacher at Town Center Elementary School, is one of 14 artist educators named as a 2007 Fellow in the Dodge Foundation Artist Educator Initiative. Burdick, an art teacher in the district for 18 years, will attend the Women’s Studio Workshop in printmaking in Italy on a scholarship from the Dodge Foundation.
