Dutch Neck School Safety Patrol, also known as the Dexter Patrol, met with Detective Jason Jones of the West Windsor Police Department to discuss the role of policing in the community. The students, who serve Dutch Neck during arrival and dismissal times, are led by music teacher Anthony Kovatch.
This month the students had the opportunity to interview Detective Jones, who helped students draw comparisons between the duties of a police officer and the duties of a school safety patroller.
