The WW-P school district and High School North will host a dedication ceremony on Saturday, April 25, at 10:45 a.m. for the naming of the High School North baseball field after David J. Bachner, who graduated from North in 2009. The David J. Bachner Field will be dedicated by alumni from the North baseball team, along with former baseball coach Bob Boyce. Bachner’s teammates and coach will unveil a sign. The dedication will be held rain or shine.
Immediately after the dedication, North’s baseball team will play South. The Star-Spangled Banner will be performed by North’s “Out of the Blue” singers.
