Anitra Das, a 1998 graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, performed in a benefit concert for the Chinmaya Mission Tristate Center in Cranbury. The event was held at the Royal Albert Palace in Fords. Associated with the Chinmaya mission since childhood, Das presented Satyabhama pravesham in the Kuchipudi style of Indian classical dance.

Das studied Kuchipudi from Divya Yeluri in New Jersey, and the late Guru Vempati Chinna Satyam at the Kuchipudi Art Center in India during the summers of 1995 and 1996. A graduate of Yale University with a double major in English and political science, she received her juris doctorate degree from Cornell Law School. Das practices as an attorney at a private litigation law firm.
