Robbinsville High School students are seeking crafters and artisans for their fundraiser in March.

Now in its eighth year, the 100% Handcrafted fair benefits the RHS Raven Players theater students and the Raven Regiment band students.

These programs are extracurricular and sponsored by parent groups Friends of the Raven Players and Raven Regiment Booster Club. Last year’s event raised over $5000 last year.

The fair is open to crafters of all ages. Previous vendors have ranged from wood, pottery, and glass to jewelry, scarves and candles

This year, committee members has doubled its vendor space and are hoping to include over 100 unique crafters and artisans in the fair.

The deadline to submit a crafter application is Feb. 14, 2014. Committee members vote on which vendors are included in the fair.

Already on tap for this year are repeat vendors such as EDZ Turns, Keystone Kettle Corn and Krilly Creations. Also members of the Raven Players are set to do face painting for a small donation.

The event also features door prize giveaways and a crafters raffle.

During 100% Handcrafted, Cafe Jacque serves up mostly homemade menu items such as soups, chilis, pulled pork sandwiches and baked goods.

The event has no admission fee, however shoppers can bring a toiletry item for the Robbinsville Food Pantry to get a free raffle ticket for the crafters’ raffle.

Cash donations are also accepted and directly benefit the Raven Players and the Raven Regiment.

The 100% Handcrafted Fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 15 at Robbinsville High School.
