Marshall Calman, a West Windsor resident, opened a new office of Action-International Business Coaches at 100 Overlook Drive, West Windsor. Teammate John Kirk is transferring his practice from Pennsylvania. They will both serve the Mercer County area with an emphasis on the Princeton regional area.

Calman was previously vice president and general manger with Agilent Technologies and North American general manager with Hewlett-Packard.

Action coaches work with their client on the business owner’s needs based on the type of business and the owner’s goals. Key areas include sales, marketing and advertising, team building and recruitment, systems and business development, and customer service.

Calman and Kirk plan workshops and classes open to the public focusing on business issues, sales, leadership, and management skills. To introduce the community to business coaching, they are presently offering a free business diagnostic. Call 609-375-2387 for information.
