Bus Passes Online

Beginning in September, the West Windsor-Plainsboro school district will no longer be mailing bus passes to students in grades first through twelfth.

However, school officials say parents can find bus pass information on Infinite Campus. Kindergarten and preschool students will still receive a letter with bus pass information and a bus pass badge, officials said.

In the past, the district would send bus passes to students through snail mail. “We’d have to print out a letter directed to the student with all of the information,” said Gerri Hutner, the district’s director of communications. “The whole process for mailing costs $10,000, so we’ll be able to save that money as we move to online.”

“People are expecting these kinds of changes and appreciate the ability to just go online,” she said.

To access the bus pass information, parents can log on beginning Friday, August 20. Parents should log into their accounts and click on the icon labeled “Transportation” on the left-hand side of the page.

Parents who do not have an account on Infinite Campus can create one at any time. To set up an account, send an E-mail to infinitecampus@ww-p.org. For questions related to busing, E-mail the transportation department at trans.dept@ww-p.org.
