Author Deborah Yaffe is set to discuss her new book about the subculture of the Jane Austen fandom.

For her book, Among the Janeites, Yaffe visited Jane Austen festivals from Kentucky to Australia and met an array of individuals whose shared passion has helped transform the 19th-century author into a modern day celebrity.

The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Sept. 12 in the library’s Community Room.

Princeton Public Library is located in the Sands Library Building at 65 Witherspoon St., Princeton.

This program is free and open to the public.
