Daughters were born to West Windsor residents Ruozhen Chen and Jiang Zhao, July 20; Basak and Gokhan Atilgan, July 21; and Jia Baek and Suho Chon, July 28.
Daughters were born to Plainsboro residents Yuan Fang and Daqing Xue, July 21; Reina and Raul Borrayo, July 21; Helen and Ilan Pillai, July 28; Jinghua Liu and Michael Walker, July 31; and Kristen and Francis Capone, August 1.
Sons were born to Plainsboro residents Martha and Robert Luszcz, July 19; and Rui Shi and Yi Ming, July 21.
