The state Department of Community Affairs awarded Plainsboro a $20,000 Recreational Opportunities for Individuals with Disabilities grant. The grant will fund recreation and therapeutic programming for disabled residents. Past programs include drama and fine arts classes, the adapted aquatics program, young adult dances, and outings for special needs children and their families.
