An Athlete’s Goal: Achieve Peak Performance

Ed Tseng, a graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, Class of 1991, presents “Peak Performance for Athletes” on Sunday, October 4, at 10 a.m. at Yogaphoria, New Hope, Pennsylvania. The free seminar is for all athletes.

Tseng, an internationally known tennis teaching pro, mental fitness expert, and motivational speaker, is the author of “Game. Set. Life. Peak Performance for Sports and Life.”

He has delivered workshops to Princeton Chamber of Commerce, Special Olympics, Mercer County Juvenile Detention Center, Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education, Harlem Tennis Program, and the USTA Tennis Teachers Conference.

His motto is “A true champion is someone who goes all out, especially when they don’t feel like it.”
