Alexander Road closure to begin June 6

Scheduled to being June 6, Alexander Street will be closed to thru traffic from College Road to University Place.

This closure is expected to remain in place until the end of July.

A detour for vehicular traffic will be in place for the duration of the closure.

A temporary traffic signal has been installed at the intersection of College Road and University Place that will be operational while the detour is being used.

This signal is set to go into “flash” mode May 28; it will begin normal operation on June 6.
