African American Chamber of Commerce to hold luncheon

The African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey is set to hold its second annual community luncheon to honor the work and dedication of community leaders in Trenton on June 19 from 11: 30 a.m. to 1 p.m.at the Lafayette Yard Hotel and Conference Center

The “Strengthening Our Community” honorees include Leonard Davis from High Rollaz of Trenton, Marlene Lao-Collins from Catholic Charities, George Stokes of the Henry J. Austin Helath Center, Mary Gay Abbott-Young of the Rescue Mission of Trenton, Al Maghazehe of Capital Health and Hope Grant of Trenton Central High School.

The luncheon speaker is Bishop Philip Bonaparte, M.D., the Senior Pastor at New Hope Church.

Registration is $40 a person and includes a plated lunch.

The Lafayette Yard Hotel and Conference Center is located at 1 West Lafayette Street, Trenton.
