High School North’s Trombone Quartet, including juniors David Fruhling and Dylan Roth, and seniors Chris Xu and Rohit Kabra, will perform at a benefit concert for the Sudan on Saturday, April 29, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Suzanne Patterson Center in Princeton. The concert, part of the Piano Teacher’s Forum of Central Jersey outreach program, features a variety of solo and ensemble performers and rock bands, including another group from High School North and South, the band Shottafunk.##M:[more]##

All proceeds will go directly to Doctors Without Borders/Medicins Sans Frontieres(MSF) for their humanitarian efforts in the Sudan. In addition to the free will donations collected at the door, an anonymous donor will contribute $10 for each concert attendee.

Doctors Without Borders is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.
