Cameron Corini has acquired Roberts Engineering Group, LLC in Hamilton. The move follows the retirement of founder Carmela Roberts.

Corini, a partner and 18-year employee of the firm, will serve as president and sole owner.

The Mercer County-based company, founded in 2004, specializes in civil engineering, municipal engineering, land development and land surveying.

Corini joined the firm in 2008 while attending Rowan University and has since worked on projects across New Jersey, including water and wastewater treatment upgrades, roadway improvements, streetscapes and athletic facilities.

“I’ve spent my professional career building relationships throughout the state of New Jersey and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to expand on the foundation Carmela has built over the last 22 years,” Corini said.

“I’m eager to support our dedicated clients and partners while continuing to strengthen our municipal offerings and capabilities,” Corini said.

Roberts said the transition ensures continuity for the firm she founded. “I’m delighted that the Roberts Engineering legacy can continue beyond my retirement in Cameron’s knowledgeable and capable hands.”

“It’s such a gift to retire with the confidence that the firm I founded and worked hard to develop will continue to flourish in the future,” Roberts said.
