March of Dimes ambassador visits RWJ Hamilton

March of Dimes 2013 National Ambassador Nina Centofanti visited Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton on March 6.

Centofanti is March of Dime’s child ambassador. During her visit she toured toured RWJ Hamilton’s Level II Neonatal Intermediate Care Unit with he father, Vince Centofanti.

She also celebrated her eighth birthday with hospital employees.

Born 9 weeks premature at 2 lbs., 15 oz., Centofanti is touring the country with her parents to raise awareness about premature birth and the March of Dimes’ largest fundraiser, March for Babies.

RWJ Hamilton and its president, Anthony ‘Skip’ Cimino, are set to lead the 2013 March for Babies event on April 21 at Mercer County Park in West Windsor.
