Senior Citizens Police Academy to begin March 27

The Burlington County Sheriff’s department and Bordentown Township Police Department are set to offer the Senior Citizens Police Academy.

Representatives from the police department are set to host classes about home security, personal protection, CPR/first aid and fire prevention. There will also be a K-9 demonstration.

The academy is scheduled to meet every 1 to 3 p.m. every Thursday from March 27 to May 8.

Classes are held at the Bordentown Township Community Center, 3 Municipal Drive, Bordentown Township.
