Tara Sullivan and Nicholas Boivin are planning a March, 2006, wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Frank and Eithna Sullivan of Locust Grove, Virginia. She graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and is pursuing a master’s degree.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Joyce Boivin of West Windsor and the late Robert J. Boivin. He attended West Windsor-Plainsboro schools and received a bachelor science in chemistry from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He also received a master’s of science in chemistry from Princeton University and his law degree from University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He is a patent attorney with Brinks, Hofer, Gilson, and Lione in Chicago.
